Providing a wide range of foreign currency exchange and related services for both private and corporate clients since 1999, Interchange has established itself as a successful and respected currency exchange company. The Interchange Head Office has been based at 4 Marble Arch, London since 2003.

• The Commercial foreign exchange division provides services for companies and individuals requiring fast worldwide payments at commercial exchange rates.
• The wholesale bank note dealing and cash division provides bulk cash facilities to corporations, businesses and private clients.
• The retail currency offers bureaux de change services from three London locations, with the Marble Arch cash desk operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Interchange continues to expand and currently employs in excess of 40 members of staff in 4 countries.

Educated at the University of Manchester with a degree in Economics, John was admitted as a Solicitor of The Supreme Court of England & Wales in 1981.

His management and entrepreneurial experience has included establishing his own legal and commercial advisory firm. Within the corporate and private equity world, he has acted for both sellers and buyers and has advised on sales and acquisitions and corporate structures. He has been the principal in a series of ventures involving finance and international trade and has a proven track record of planning, incubating, launching and running a varied business portfolio.

In 1997, he spotted a niche in the market for currency and other financial services and within three years had established a series of outlets throughout London and the South East. In 2000, spotting a further niche and addition to the existing business, he founded a wholesale currency service in the West End of London, The London Cash Exchange Ltd. In December 2000 the outlets were acquired by what is now a NASDAQ listed company, Dollar Financial Corp (DLLR) and the London Cash Exchange Ltd was renamed The Interchange Organization Ltd.

Hussein Radwan (Bsc)
Director

Educated at the University of Cairo with a degree in Commerce majoring in Accountancy Hussien has over 25 years experience of the foreign exchange markets.

Hussein joined the group in 1997 from Chequepoint where he held the position of General Manager with overall responsibility for operations in the United Kingdom, Spain, and Hong Kong. He also spearheaded the company’s expansion into Eastern Europe.

Hussein has played an integral part in the development, expansion and innovation of The Interchange Organization and related companies. He directly controls the wholesale and retail foreign exchange departments as well as having overall responsibility for the general day to day management of Interchange. Hussein is also responsible for the strategic development of the company.

Like the rest of the team Hussein is committed to excellence. Within the company Hussein promotes honesty, integrity, loyalty, excellence and fair play to all who deal with the company.

Hussein’s interests include all forms of Sport, Golf, and Travel.
