Why our Travel Money rates are so good

Interchange buys vast amounts of currencies on a daily basis. The savings we make can be passed onto our customers ensuring you get the best travel money exchange rates.

Unlike the major banks and Post Office our overheads are relatively small; this means our customers benefit by getting more money when exchanging Sterling into foreign currencies and visa versa.

COLLECTION SERVICE:

Our Travel and Cash service is a Postal service only. If you are exchanging a large amount of cash then a collection service is available by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange this service.

POSTAL DELIVERY SERVICE:

This service is available to all UK postal addresses.

PAYMENT:

You can send money to us

by BACS from an online bank account (this takes 4/5 days for your funds to clear)
by CHAPS (which takes only 24 hours but your bank may charge you in the region of £25 for this service)
by Credit Card (subject to verification and approval)
or you can send a cheque, this may take 7 days to clear.

DELIVERY:

Your money will be mailed to you upon receipt of cleared funds in our account. There is a £6 delivery charge on orders below £1,000, for orders of £1,000 and above there is no charge.
