COLLECTION SERVICE:

The Interchange cash and travel money service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at our head office, 4 Marble Arch, London, W1H 7AP. You can simply turn up and exchange your money.

POSTAL DELIVERY SERVICE:

This service is available to all UK postal addresses.

PAYMENT:

You can send money to us

by BACS from an online bank account (this takes 4/5 days for your funds to clear)
by CHAPS (which takes only 24 hours but your bank may charge you in the region of £25 for this service)
by Credit Card (subject to verification and approval)
or you can send a cheque, this may take 7 days to clear.

DELIVERY:

Your money will be mailed to you upon receipt of cleared funds in our account. There is a £6 delivery charge on orders below £1,000, for orders of £1,000 and above there is no charge.
