Interchange buys vast amounts of currencies on a daily basis. The savings we make can be passed onto our customers ensuring you get the best travel money exchange rates.

Unlike the major banks and Post Office our overheads are relatively small; this means our customers benefit by getting more money when exchanging Sterling into foreign currencies and vice versa.

POSTAL DELIVERY:

In order to keep our prices the most competitive we do not take debit or credit cards for Postal delivery orders so unless you have at least 7 working days before your currency is required this postal service will not work for you.

Registering for our Postal Service couldn’t be easier!

STEP ONE: Register.

Click here to open an account. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements and the current rates.

STEP TWO: Contracts and Payments.

Contracts: Agree on the phone with our brokers, the currency you require, the rate and the sterling amount to be sent to us. Your contract will then be immediately sent to you confirming this agreement and including the relevant bank details for you to make payment to us.
Payment to us:
• by BACS from an online bank account (this takes up to 4 days for your funds to clear). Please note that some banks offer FASTER PAYMENT BACS, which will get your funds to us in 24 hours
• by CHAPS (which takes only 24 hours but your bank may charge you in the region of £25 for this service)
• or you can send a cheque, this may take 7 days to clear.

STEP THREE: Delivery of your currency.

Upon receipt of your cleared funds into our account you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date for your currency to be mailed to you. There is a £6 delivery charge on orders below £999, for orders of £1,000 and above there is no charge.

COLLECTION SERVICE:

We hold a large stock of USD and EUR however, if you wish to collect any other currencies, please call to ensure we have them in stock or so that we can order them into our store for your collection.

Call into our central London branch at 12 Queensway W2 3RX (tube Queensway or Bayswater) from 9am to 10pm - 7 days a week. Note – You can buy your travel money with your debit or credit card at our Queensway store. (Identification will be required).
